PE protective film purchasing skills
First See light transmittance It is difficult to recognize this with the naked eye. It is best to use optical instruments to measure it. There is also a simpler method, which is to cut a small piece of PE protective film and put it in the middle of the computer desktop one by one, and then create a new blank WORD document on the computer to check the whiteness of the blank WORD document in the areas with and without film or different film areas on the computer (in professional terms, it is called brightness). The brightest material can be selected by comparison. Its transparency is the best protective film.

See light transmittance
It is difficult to recognize this with the naked eye.
Second
Haze
1. What about the haze of PE protective film? First of all, it should be seen when the monitor is turned off. The method is the same as above. After the protective films are pasted in turn, the clearer the color of the computer display screen is, the smaller the haze is. The smaller the haze is, the better the material is. This method is easier to see the difference if the black test board is used.
2. In a slightly dark room, turn on a fluorescent lamp, tear the PE protective film off the upper and lower release film, hold it between the eyes and the light, and carefully check whether there is a layer of mist evenly distributed in the PE protective film, which is the culprit affecting the haze. The more serious the mist, the worse the haze, the worse the material, and vice versa; (Note that haze will affect transmittance, but it is different from transmittance!)
Third
Look at static electricity
Because the LCD is a sensitive device that is afraid of static electricity, the smaller the static electricity is, the better it is when pasting the protective film. The test method is to prepare the PE protective film to be tested (3 layers of material or 2 layers of material), smoke a cigarette, knock some soot on the desktop, or get some small paper scraps on the desktop, and then tear off the protective film on the top of the PE protective film (there is this step for 3 layers of material), and then tear off the protective film of the silicone layer, When tearing off this layer of PE protective film, immediately put the use layer (silica gel surface) close to the soot or paper scraps to see whether the protective film will adsorb these things onto the silica gel layer of the protective film and whether the adsorption degree is strong. The stronger it is, the higher the static electricity generated by this material is, the worse the material is, and vice versa.
Fourth
See anti-scratch
1. Whether the PE protective film is anti-scratch and anti-scratch is the most concerned issue at present. At present, the anti-scratch materials on the market are basically the same (2-3H), and the performance is also good, only anti-scratch and non-scratch. The test method is to use a pencil with a hardness of 3H to press and push the PE protective film with a 45 degree angle of 500G for 10 times. If there is no scratch, the hardness requirement of 3H can be considered.
2. Another simple method is to use a slightly hard metal device or a newly cut nail to scratch on the PE protective film with the strength of a regular stylus. If it is very easy to scratch, it can be determined that it is not anti-scratch, and if it is not scratch, it can be determined that it has anti-scratch function.
