Product description
Mica tape for fire-resistant wires and cables is a new kind of insulating material which is made of mica paper (fluorophlogopite paper, phlogopite paper or mica paper) and glass cloth (or high polyester film) by using heat-resistant silicone resin.
Mica tape for fire-resistant wires and cables is dry, non sticky, but has strong bending and softness, and it still has high tensile strength when used for high-speed wrapping.
Mica tape for fire-resistant wire and cable is 840 ~ 950 ℃, and fluorophlogopite tape for fire-resistant wire and cable is still excellent in electrical insulation under high temperature of 1000 ~ 1200 ℃.
In order to ensure that the mica content of mica tape for fire-resistant wires and cables is more than 70%, the products are mainly reinforced by single-sided and double-sided glass cloth. On the premise of customer's requirements, we can also provide thin film mica tape to customers.
